The staff was friendly and polite, they helped me a lot. The location is very good, close to the train station and the historic center. Breakfast offered a good variety of foods and the sitting area was perfect.
The room I had was a bit too small and the bed was also too small. I had difficulties with parking. The indications weren't clear and the host was not very responsive by message. Next time, I will prefer a bigger room.

The staff WAS super friendly and ALWAYS ready to help with directions. Breakfast was AMAZING. They had a wide selection of pastries. I liked the free coffee AND tea available all day. the hotel provided bikes for rent, so I explored the area easily.
The street NEARBY was a little noisy EARLY in the morning.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of cheeses. Coffee and tea were available ALL day in the dining area. The dining area offered both indoor and outdoor seating options.

The room included a mini-fridge and a safe. The bed was a queen-size bed. There WAS a desk in the room. Blackout curtains were installed. They ensured a dark room for sleeping.

The staff provided maps and recommendations for local attractions. The reception desk was staffed 24 hours a day. Staff helped me book A taxi to the airport. They offered luggage storage after checkout.

The room lacked sufficient shelving in the bathroom. I had nowhere to place my toiletries. the shower head was positioned very high, exceeding two meters. the provided toiletries were also of mediocre quality.
