Excellent City Stay
friendly staff good location perfect area
The staff was friendly and polite, they helped me a lot. The location is very good, close to the train station and the historic center. Breakfast offered a good variety of foods and the sitting area was perfect.
The room I had was a bit too small and the bed was also too small. I had difficulties with parking. The indications weren't clear and the host was not very responsive by message. Next time, I will prefer a bigger room.

Really good stay! WOOHOO!
friendly staff wide selection free coffee hotel bike
The staff WAS super friendly and ALWAYS ready to help with directions. Breakfast was AMAZING. They had a wide selection of pastries. I liked the free coffee AND tea available all day. the hotel provided bikes for rent, so I explored the area easily.
The street NEARBY was a little noisy EARLY in the morning.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of cheeses. Coffee and tea were available ALL day in the dining area. The dining area offered both indoor and outdoor seating options.

The room included a mini-fridge and a safe. The bed was a queen-size bed. There WAS a desk in the room. Blackout curtains were installed. They ensured a dark room for sleeping.

The staff provided maps and recommendations for local attractions. The reception desk was staffed 24 hours a day. Staff helped me book A taxi to the airport. They offered luggage storage after checkout.

The hotel provided free WiFi throughout the building. There was a terrace AVAILABLE . Bike rentals WERE available at the hotel. A water cooler was located in the lobby.

I found the staff helpful. the breakfast buffet was extensive, a real treat each morning. the location was super convenient, a short walk to key transport links.

mediocre toiletries high shower head
the staff was attentive (i did find them to be quite helpful).
The room lacked sufficient shelving in the bathroom. I had nowhere to place my toiletries. the shower head was positioned very high, exceeding two meters. the provided toiletries were also of mediocre quality.
